Hannah Schragmann, who holds a PhD in Business Ethics and Philosophy, is dedicated to researching productivity and new approaches to (re)productivity. Her work is characterized by a commitment to integrating environmental, economic, and meaningful human considerations, always questioning how we can create a better work culture and stronger purpose in our work.

Experience

Her career experience includes roles in sustainability and biodiversity consulting and in the wind energy sector. Previously, she led the Energy Resilience Leadership Group's sourcing of climate technology start-ups. At the moment, she is playing a leading role in the management of two impact startups dedicated to creating measurable impact on combatting climate change and safeguarding biodiversity, with a focus on soil health and forest protection. Her work is characterised by a commitment to integrating environmental, economic and meaningful human considerations, always asking the question how we can create a better work culture and a stronger purpose in our work.
